Tabloid Bingo
If you’re old enough to play online bingo then you’re probably old enough to remember Tabloid Bingo as many newspapers offered this type of bingo to readers. You would buy the newspaper on Saturday and receive a cardboard bingo card and then throughout the week you would buy the newspaper daily and each edition would have more numbers to hopefully fill your bingo card and make you a winner.
Tabloid Bingo has moved on a bit since then and we’re here to ring in the changes. When the internet brought the world to life, it was almost inevitable that bingo would become big business and so maybe inevitable then that Tabloid Bingo would move on from them little pieces of cardboard. Now many of the main newspaper producers have their own online bingo sites and some of them are really the biggest names in UK Bingo.
It’s easy to forget that one of our favourite UK Bingo sites, Sun Bingo is owned and run by the Sun newspaper group and that’s not the only one. While Sun are bringing you online bingo on the Gamesys system, The Daily Mirror are fighting their corner using the Globalcom software, and they seem to be getting it spot on too.
