Although there is no official Code of Conduct for either online bingo site operators or the individuals who play at online bingo sites, UKBingo.org believes that it is in the best interests of all concerned for everyone to conduct themselves in an ethical and proper manner. • Do their utmost to ensure that their software is as reliable and up to date as possible.
• Ensure that the personal and financial details of their clients are fully encrypted and transmitted securely.
• Process withdrawals made by clients in a timely manner.
• Monitor chat room conversations for the safety and benefit of all participants.
• Reward members who play at their site regularly.
• Provide full details of any terms and conditions that apply to bonuses and any other promotions that are offered.
• Immediately notify a member of any mistake or rule change that could affect that player in any material way.
• Conduct themselves in an honest, polite and friendly manner at all times.

Proper Conduct of Bingo Players

All online bingo players should:

• Be honest and truthful when providing information to an online bingo site.
• Satisfy themselves that the site they choose to play at is legal and licensed.
• Only play with money that they can afford to lose.
• Bring any problem they have to the attention of the bingo site without delay.
• Abide by the rules and regulations of the bingo site.
• Refrain from communicating in an unfriendly, abusive or negative way (including using profanities) when using the chat room.
• Do their own part to make their online bingo experience safe and secure by keeping their password and user details confidential.
