BingOn Wagering Issues
At UK Bingo we like to bring you the best online bingo promotions, but not just that, being a good bingo portal also means bringing you warning sometimes too and that’s why when the BingOn wagering issues came to light we had to check out what was going on.
A colleague went to check out the BingOn software and bingo site with the hope of bringing you an eventual review on the site but while trying out this UK Bingo site for ourselves a few wagering issues arose that we needed to look into.
BingOn offers a 200% free bingo deposit bonus for new players to their online bingo site. A relatively simple bonus it would seem but upon making a deposit, no bonus came forward. This led UKBingo to read the small print and see exactly what was going on there and although ambiguous, it did leave us with concerns about the wagering requirements on the deposit bonus.
Usually wagering requirements affect withdrawals but not deposits but it appeared that with BingOn that was different, a quick chat with their – in their defence – friendly and efficient customer service team on Live chat who confirmed that you did indeed have to meet wagering requirements before you could claim your free bingo bonus on your deposit.
And the wagering requirements are just plain silly, a massive eight times your wagering requirements. This effectively means that if you sign up and make a £10 deposit with BingOn, you must wager £80 before you receive your £20 free bingo bonus.
