New Bingo Sites for the New Year
888 Holdings, the giants behind the 888 group of sites, 888 Ladies bingo and software producer for hundreds more internet bingo sites has announced an imminent expansion to their network. This should mean some brand new bingo sites in the New Year. Great news for the internet bingo player and fantastic news for the fastest growing industry in the UK.
New Bingo sites are always welcome of course and it’s probably about time for a few more. The last online bingo site launched using the 888 software was Wink Bingo, although it’s worth noting that Wink Bingo is an independent internet bingo site and isn’t affiliated with 888 or 888 Ladies Bingo in any way other than to use the software.
Wink Bingo was launched back in April this year and expansion is surely due with the press release from 888 shows this will be happening sooner rather than later.
Gigi Levy, CEO of the 888 group has said the new initiatives represent the acceleration in 888’s bingo activity which is the fastest growing sector in the gaming industry. The new sites will be a significant addition to 888’s Bingo business not only in cash terms but also presence with them taking an even bigger share of the pie. The group will be launching three new sites in the New Year but these will be third party sites, this means that they will standalone like the Wink Bingo site.
It follows as very successful year for the bingo industry, after the internet bingo boom of the last twelve months it seems the industry can do no wrong with players in the UK Bingo market.
Internet Bingo sites have become big business and are taking a huge share of the revenue long enjoyed by land based bingo clubs. This in turn means there is plenty to go around and I’m sure all you internet bingo players will agree that there is room out there for more competition, sign up bonuses and promotions!
